My name is Phoenix, and I've faced many obstacles in life, but like the phoenix, we rise from the ashes. Nothing stops us. This journey began with a passion to empower women through self-defense and fitness, helping them feel strong and unbreakable against any challenge. I want to share this strength with you.

My core philosophy centers on a mindful approach to wellness: paying close attention to what you eat and integrating light workouts after meals. Consistent dieting is also a key component. It's about building sustainable habits that transform your body and mind, making every meal and movement count.
